This needs to be honestly put on here and I'm sure I'm going to get some type of warning or thread of eviction because of this notice that I'm putting on Google. I've lived here going almost 3 years The first year seemed somewhat okay. The following second year the water has been highly contaminated they turn it off without warning say it's an emergency and necessary at least two times a week. The rent has gone up tremendously since I've been here. Management is one-sided and they're very strict on petty things. They tow random cars and tear up their belongings when towing, everybody has different rules different leases different circumstances. Loud noises throughout the park day or night. Kids running randomly without supervision breaking in the cars tearing up lawns and stealing people's property. My advice to you for your safety of contaminated water and no safety measures to keep the residents safe I would not definitely stay here. Unfortunately I'm locked into a lease and it's very expensive to move so I'm hoping that management will rectify this problem.

Well my opinion has changed,due to a management change, from 1 star to 5 stars. I’ve lived here around 10 years and have no complaints. My hats off to the new and improved management and maintenance staff!

Cant have anything in the yard but lawn furniture an bbq pit ..no stacked firewood no veggies grown in flower pots, no birdbaths ect. Commiefornia style rules.lot rent goes up about every quarter, always some new amenity or trash fee increase

Lovely mobile homes and nice neighbors. The manager of the property is so nice and has beautiful spirits. And very quiet

Used to be a good place to live until it got bought out by a company from California and they could care less about the people here. We go without water for days at a time without notice and they care about is threatening people with a eviction for anything they don't like while raising lot rent and coming up w ways to charge community members more for less… So many trying to leave asap and so many wish they could but can’t afford to… sad… Same rules don’t apply to all tenants, and make up rules as they go…🤦🏽‍♂️
