One of the more useful parks in Odessa if you prefer walking to having the kids monkey around on equipment, though there is a tiny playground area at the park's entrance. Really nice in the fall. You can run or bike the trail. The trail is more than a mile long and continues into another park. Most of it is bordered by trees which means life-saving shade in summer on most of the trail. Go during walking hours or with a friend as some parts of the park are a bit isolated. The trail also runs parallel to the highway (can't really see it but sometimes you hear it through the trees). So, mind unruly children/pets.

Love it. We just need more trees and water fountains!

It is a open space with a small pond to fish. It's easy to keep an eye on the kiddos. While letting them feel a sense of freedom. Now for the not so good. The restroom have no inside lighting. But all in all. A very nice park.

Liked the fact that you can drive through there. No indication or notification that it's not permitted. Nice drive through the area.

Great Park for a jog or a walk plenty of shade
