I couldn't be happier to have my travel trailer parked here. Nice level spaces to park and the owners are extremely kind. Real folks who aren't price gouging like most everyone else in the basin.

I like the smallness of the park. I like that it is a quiet place in regard to the other renters. No loud talking. The laundry room is maintained and clean.

Been living here peacefully for past 3 years, landlord is awesome and very attentive to all tenants.
