It’s listed under dog parks in Odessa, but there are no trash cans or dog bags available. A very small play area for kids. City of Odessa might want to consider making it a REAL PARK FOR BOTH KIDS AND DOGS!!!

Play area is closed so not much for the kids. But lots of open space for potential. Could definitely use more seating tho.
