I was fortunate enough to be able to work with Sharon Williams for the burial needs for my parents. She was very informative and detailed on everything that needed to be done. She made the experience comfortable and easy and I’m so thankful for that because it’s something that I didn’t want to do.

If I could give zero stars I would. We buried my father here 14 years ago and they were great back then but now everything is going down hill especially with the upkeep of the actual cemetery. Headstones are completely covered and families have taken it upon themselves to clean their loved ones headstone. There's many completely covered as well, whether with weeds and grass or dirt. We and many other families paid over thousands upon thousands of dollars to make sure our loved ones get a great resting place and this is how they treat us? Our loved ones? Ridiculous and unacceptable.

I have been trying to get information on getting a tombstone for my son's mom for over a year. My ex-wife passed away in October of 2019 and she still doesn't have a tombstone. I have called multiple times and been lied to by staff each time. They do NOT care to help to get this rectified. They give too many excuses to why they don't follow through with what they say. I was there recently for another funeral and I couldn't even find my ex-wifes grave. There was no longer any kind of marker. I was heartbroken. I would be ashamed if I treated people the way they do. If at all possible, don't use these people. They aren't interested in helping you. I don't know when I will be able to honor my son's mother and should he go to pay respects he would not be able to find her grave. The photo attached shows the disregard they have. Not Marker. It's not kept up. Total disgust.

I highly recommend Resthaven, I know they are under new management and it shows tremendously! Thank you for your hospitality, and making us feel welcomed as soon as we walked in to discuss arrangements for our loved one we felt we were at his resting place. You all were so kind and so caring never felt rushed and everything we asked for yall were right on top of it. We had at least 200 people attend his rosary, and over 300 at his burial and you all knew what to do with so many people attending! The service and funeral was all well put together exactly as we wanted it to be. Thank you to Leila and Michael for all your help this was a tragic loss in our family and could not thank you enough for helping us get through this difficult time.

We received professional services in the new facility and staff were helpful patient and went above and beyond. We had a catered meal for 75 before the service and was great facility for all inclusive day with friends and family. The Cemetery has been redone with irrigation and looks wonderful again.
