What a shame and embarrassment for the city of Odessa!! Dead turtles, the water is so green the ducks are green! Dead birds and bird carcasses and not to mention the trash, weeds and oh my goodness the smell!! It smells like sewer!!!🤮🤮 whoever is in charge of the parks needs a different job!
