I wouldn't recomen this place too any one.i lived there for ,4 yrs. At first it was great when the old man owned it,but he sold out too his daughter . Then everything changed, you got charged an extra 25 a month for each extra vehicle over 2, each extra person over two and 25 dollars s day for everyday your late with the rent starting at 9 the night it's due. And I mean every day. Which iagainst the law . They can't charge till your 5 days ate and they can only charge you around 75 dollars for being a month ate. I know because it went to court .when she evicted me and I tried to pay them but I refused to pay 300 extra for being two weeks late when I lost my job

The staff are very helpful, has a great laundry facility, we got a great spot with a front yard, some spots are fenced in too. It was important that I found a place with grass and trees with my little one, and the owner let me have one. We just moved here but so far we love it. It's also in a very convenient location!

I 've visit my adopted family all of the time. And it appears to be a great little community. And everyone is happy. But I've never lived there myself to know. Amen... And thanks...
