The place is trashy. Always problems with the laundry machines. They let the weeds grow knee deep before they do any thing. You can't receive mail. Many problems.

Its quite dusty sometimes But its pleasant and not to noise at all Lots of children so slow down when entering .

Wife was scared the whole time we were there, dog park weeds were 5 ft.

Great RV Park for working around Midland! The Park is well lit, Clean, Quiet and overall the Owners/Managers do an excellent job of running this place. I appreciate how nice the maintenance keeps up the park. Facilities have 2 clean showers and a cabin with a Nice working Laundry Center. YES, 3 LAUNDRY Centers!!! Our neighbors are friendly and everyone is out here to work. We definitely recommend this RV Park. Thank You for taking pride in running a Great Park in the Permian Basin!
