Our builder was Raul A. Communication was prompt and effective. I pointed out several small imperfections during our walk through for which he made sure were perfected by the time we did our final walkthrough, which I appreciated. He never made me feel rushed, he listened to my concerns, and offered solutions. He was very knowledgeable on the process from start to finish.
