Couldn't ask for nicer folks. Rv parks not bad either on site facilities for laundry and shower rooms a fitness center as well, and a dog park! But it's west Texas, don't expect trees n kept lawns. Roads thru the park are calichie and gravel as one would expect. Not a bad spot to call home for a vacation or longer term if your employeed out in the area. Stop in n see Ms Cathy, she'll fix you right up

Very very nice place to stay

The lady said she'd reimburse me the unused days in case of an emergency and she didn't. 675 a month is a lil too much for that area.
