The owner Sam is nice, but like with anything with age our septic drain field has calapsed and unfortunately I believe it has alot to do with the mulberry trees that surround it. Other than that our trailer park is safe and everyone watches everything and everyone we have alot of families that live here and pretty much everyone is related lol. Some people have lived here 20 plus years. Everyone watches out for each other.
