Me and wife live here for 3 year. The maintenance is horrible they take their sweet time when something is broken. The new manager is kicking is raising rent so everyone who been here a while can leave doesn’t care what your excuse why you don’t have your money they want it on the first or she gonna charge 15 dollar every day your late. I enjoy it the first two year but after the manager change this place became a dump in all reality. Don’t even bother using the laundry mat you’re clothes we’ll get ruin or not even washed or dried correctly. Your best bet is going somewhere else but this place
