2023/10/23 - Excellent job. Everyone kind friendly, efficient and courteous even at midnight. Very pleasant experience. 2020/12/20 - Drop off and pick up were fine. However washes are advertised as an available service which I thought would be a super convenient way to get a much needed complete wash on my truck while we went on a short trip to Houston. When we dropped it off the attendant mumbled something about "... because of the Holidays" when we asked for a wash. When we returned the desk clerk said that a wash crew had not been on staff in a while. My thoughts? Negotiate with a mobile wash person to come in and wash your vehicles every day. No hassle, better job, take care of customers. A second complaint, the new passenger style van is horrible to get in and out of compared to the airport commuter buses previously used ... especially if you are not one of the first 4 customers to get on or are over 5'8" and 125 pounds. Ownership change is obvious and reflected in the reviews. 2018 - The drop-off and pick-up was flawless as expected. The “complete” wash left a lot to be desired. Back glass and back seats were not cleaned.

$40 stolen out of our vehicle upon return. Beware of what you leave in your vehicle. Extremely unprofessional.

This is supposed to be a place upheld by complete professionalism, BUT... I arrived at Premier Parking today to retrieve my truck that I’ve had there for 21 days! When I got to my truck, I realized someone had done quite a number and wiped it out! Everything was gone...from my tools, to uniforms, to work boots, a bedding set, and even a spare truck battery! This place is strictly VALET parking - meaning that they had the keys to my vehicle for the full 21 days it was there. There was NO forced entry, not even a crack in the window or extra scratch. It was CLEARLY an inside job! Also, while I was there, an employee received a phone call from a woman stating her vehicle was broken in as well. The employee then told the woman that they had recently gotten a complaint of stolen items...this is NOT a secure site to leave your vehicle. I have used them for nearly a year and this is a first. I explained that I was going to file a police report, but they expressed that they would like for me to wait until tomorrow until they are able to have the manager check the cameras. I didn’t realize by utilizing this “professional” parking lot service that I was ultimately leaving my vehicle in the hands of thieves. I paid before I realized any of this had happened. I am disgusted.

Left my vehicle there for 7 days and they were supposed to wash the exterior. Well, they didn’t even touch it. The kid at the counter fed me some BS about how I was next in line to get a wash, which doesn’t make sense as my flight was delayed so I arrived a few hours later than I had told them. Also, I was supposed to be in covered parking, and I can’t prove they didn’t park under a cover, but there were rain spots over my entire vehicle. That doesn’t happen under a cover. I will never use this place again as long as I live.

HORRIBLE SERVICE! This is now the second time in 2 months we have tried to park there and we will not be back! The first time we asked for it to be washed, left it with a quarter of a tank of gas and when we landed, they didn’t have record of our arrival, car was not washed, papers that were in folders in the back seat were scattered all over the floor and my gas light was on. I guess they took my car for a wild spin? Not ok!!! Tonight, car wasn’t washed (again), the guys were punks and very rude, and we suddenly have suspicious Uber charges with 75+ tips on our credit card and there is a front sensor light blinking that wasn’t broken or blinking before. Did they hit something with my car? Obviously, we will be getting to the bottom of all of it, but I don’t recommend this business to anyone who cares about their car being taken care of and returned in the condition in which you left it. Unacceptable all the way around.
