The absolutely worst complex around midland. People hang around outside blasting music and as if they’re are gangs. Will begging to harass you if they see you are complaining about them as well as make you feel intimidated. Management is as bad as the community we called to cancel out lease due to the feeling of being unsafe and the constant police presence due to how disturbing the people living around here can be, shootings, just yesterday a guy got ran over by his girlfriend and police came. We been trying to get a hold of the property manager and the office gives us false hours telling us they will be there at certain time but end up closing the office posting a later time and still won’t open. My wife has been trying to get a hold of them for 2 weeks and won’t answer calls, telling us the manager will contact us but it’s been 2 weeks and nothing. I had to call through diffent phone numbers that they end up answering as it seems they been avoiding mine and my wife’s number, I’ve had it happen 3 times that we call and they won’t answer but if we use a friends phone they answer pretty quickly then when we confronted the lady about it she gave us a million excuses but started ignoring those numbers as well. Had a sewer problem were waste got into the carpet and didn’t follow up about replacing it when requested , we have complained about cockroaches but only seen the pest control people maybe once. Save yourself the headache and don’t rent here. It has been nothing short of a nightmare.

Don’t rent here unless you absolutely have nowhere else to stay. 1. Parking is a joke, good luck finding a spot at 10pm. 2. Apartments look nothing like the photos, super run down and musty. 3. Maintenance guys don’t fix really anything, Ive had to fix everything myself which is BS. 4. Uses the RUBS utility system which is even worse, cause me living alone and showering for 5 minutes a day and attempt to save water. I still have to split the bill for whoever else is in my buildings water usage. They need to remodel this whole complex before they just rent it out to people and have people live in this mess.

These are the WORST Apartments don’t rent here the staff is rude the people blast music as if they are in gangs and they harass you and they CHARGE way to much they charged 1,200 for INTERNET that much for internet is crazy they are taking advantage of your money!!!! WHATEVER YOU DO DONT LIVE HERE!!!!!

Don't rent here! noisy apartments, many parties and loud music at night in front of the office. There is no parking for people leaving work at night you can spend hours looking. and if you do not stop in the parking space, the tow truck will take your car and RENEW does not respond, since it is the property's problem not to have enough lots. It would be consistent that at least your towing service does not allow it. not at all recommended! The woman they have in the office, instead of helping, took an evasive attitude and did not even want to talk to anyone other than the owner of the apartment, she is there to provide service to everyone who enters the door of her office.

It should be zero!! They are rude and lie about stuff!! They don’t take care of anything!! They have cockroaches!! The pools do not look like the pictures!! They are nasty and full of slime on the bottom!! Always dirty!! Never living here again so not recommend at all!!! do not live here!! The mail boxes are always broken and ppl are always breaking into them!! So be careful with y’all’s mail!!
