Current resident. It took 3 months to finally be able to use my guest bath and when I had an issue the manager acted as if my maintenance needs were an issue for her to handle. Attitude and complete unprofessionalism from the GM. Maintenance is allowed to enter whenever, apparently that’s in your contract, so. Look out for that. The community is quiet, the pool is kept but if your looking for any kind of service beyond, I wish you the best of luck.

I have been here a week and I am very impressed. I have lived at other ReNew apartments that were just downright overpriced and broke down with horrible customer service. The customer service has been nothing but exceptional and the unit I moved into was clean and functional. Very little things needed attention and none of them are emergency or major. The complex is very quiet and parking is not bad at all. This place has some of the best prices also so if you are looking for a nice and clean apartment complex at an affordable price you can’t beat this place.

Renew Apartments disappointingly clings to outdated aesthetics and amenities, providing a living experience that feels like a blast from the past. The exorbitant prices only add insult to injury, making it hard to justify the lackluster features and antiquated design. Save your money for a more modern and reasonably priced housing option. I had a disappointing experience at Renew Apartments due to the consistently rude staff. Their lack of professionalism and unfriendly demeanor made my stay uncomfortable and unwelcoming. I would not recommend this place to others based on the negative interactions I had with the staff.

I have to say, Mrs. D'Aisa Jones has the greatest customer service I've ever met. This young lady helped me with her site along with went above and beyond helping me find prices for other sites. If you come here, I highly recommend speaking with her! Thank you again, D'Aisa!!!

The properties themselves are a 3/5. The office ladies however, warranted a one star rating. In my 12 months here they never once answered the phone and were hardly at the office (always had some reason to close early or be closed generally). We spoke with them about moving out a while back and told us if we did prorated rent for another 2 months that they wouldn’t charge us a reletting fee or short notice fee. Lo and behold they are charging us $1,900 after confirming multiple times that it wouldn’t happen. Besides that garbage, they never came and worked on any maintenance issues we ever brought up. Very unprofessional all the way around. It seems like a great place upfront but they stuff you on your way out.
