Just moved in at the beginning of October, but this place has been great. The Staff are pleasant and the apartment is a great value for the price.

I think it's good to recognize people's work. I want to thanks the entire team of Renew North Park. Starting with the maintenance crew and especially Josh who does everything in his power to fix every problem in every apartment. No matter what problem and how long it takes to fix it, he will listen to you and fix it. Luis, who never fails when he says he is going to fix something in your apartment. Then if he sees that there are things to fix, he fixes it without thinking twice. Thanks also to Billy and Keny But I know that every problem comes first to the office with Adam and Middy. I know that Katy, the manager; is aware of everything and that she listens to the people. I gave 4 stars because the pool is more closed than open and this is something that people would really appreciate

My husband and I lived at these apartments for about 4 years from 2020-2024. Living here wasn't horrible, but I'm not sure I'd rent from another ReNew property. It seems like they are buying all these older complexes around town and not necessarily upgrading them.

Kathy Delacruz did amazing moving me in today she has a great attitude and made me feel at home. I’m excited to move into my new apt. Everyone made me feel welcomed. Samantha is funny and sweet Justin is also very nice and professional. Gilbert, Josh,Jose and Kenia did amazing in my new apt! The entire team has great energy!!!

Good morning, they are the worst. I told them that I thought about it twice before moving here. They are terrible in all services.
