If you visiting Odessa and you come across this free nice little splash pad…. Just know as of 2024 it is closed. Don’t work. Water in Odessa scarce seems like….

Super small play area, not much fun for kids. Sketchy/homeless people all around.

Only thing that would make it better is having public restrooms for the family. People have to drive somewhere else to use restrooms.
