This place is new. So don’t expect shade trees. We found it to be very clean. This place is close to Loop 338. Very close. Like 100 yards. So it made commute to location. Dry easy.

Husband stayed here while working in west Texas this year. Well lit, and Walmart just up the road.

Nice place, fairly quiet considering it's so close to University. Good monthly rates too. Great if you have your own RV to pull in there
