We spent about 8 months there and had a great experience while william was managing the rv park. Our problem is with the new manager who suddenly charged both mine and my fiances debit cards in the last two days after we had not been there since July. My money has since been refunded but we are still waiting on my fiances. The new manager has been very snippy with us since we found the second charge and has refused to allow us to speak to anyone above her. The entire incident is too coincidental to be an accident and we are fed up with the attitude from someone who fraudulently charged our 2 separate bank accounts. Will not go back there while she is the manager.

Clean, we have great wifi signal which come with renting a site. The roads are concrete an your rv spot has asphalt chips. It is quite an off the main roads but but close to all the main thru streets. The gentleman that runs the park is friendly an helpful. There is a small clean Coin laundry on site. They only take cards or check for payment. You do pay for electricity over 555 kWh at .13cents a kwh. Which is due at the first of each month. My only wish is that there was a pool an perhaps a tree or ten. Lol. Very nice for west Texas.

Spirit of Texas RV is a great park and a very nice manager. No complaints here. I enjoy the country living and quiet park.
