Misty and her team were wonderful helping me get moved in. After a bad experience with a prior apartment complex and needing to find a home asap! They focused on getting me into an apartment that was best fit for me and did an awesome job trying to move along the process in my application. Would highly recommend this place!

Yani in the office was great help, making the move in process easy and smooth!! Thank you Yani!! My apartment looks just as the photos are online, which most apartment homes tend to be different than what’s presented online. Maintenance is also great, they came out to replace a bent window screen right away. Pool and gym are beautiful, there is also a pool table in the club house. Highly Recommended!

Avoid this place at all costs. My experience with this complex has been nothing short of a nightmare. From the moment I started the application process, the customer service has been absolutely appalling. The staff are not just unhelpful, but outright disrespectful and dishonest. Throughout the process, I was constantly lied to about availability, pricing, and the condition of the apartment I was supposed to rent. They conveniently avoided showing me the actual unit, insisting on showing the model apartment instead—obviously because the real one was in unacceptable condition. Emails went unanswered, phone calls were ignored, and any face-to-face interactions left me feeling like I was being scammed. It's clear they have no intention of helping tenants, only taking advantage of them. The staff also exhibited a complete lack of integrity—they will tell you anything to get your money, only to backtrack later with excuses or just flat-out lies. This has been the worst experience I’ve ever had applying for an apartment, and I can’t emphasize enough how much of a waste of time, energy, and money this has been. Save yourself the frustration and look elsewhere.

I have been living here for nearly a year, and on two separate occasions, I’ve interacted with a younger staff member in the front office who consistently comes across as unfriendly and unapproachable. She makes it seem as though helping residents is an inconvenience and speaks in a manner that feels dismissive, as though her primary goal is to get you out of the office as quickly as possible. Unfortunately, I didn’t catch her name. On the other hand, I’ve always had a pleasant experience with Misty. She is welcoming, approachable, and genuinely willing to assist with any issues or questions I have. It’s refreshing to encounter someone who takes pride in providing excellent service. It’s disappointing that the same level of professionalism and courtesy isn’t consistently displayed by all team members.

Best experience ever. Deandra was super sweet and kind even after I would call day after day with questions. The manager was super nice as well very understanding they even let me move in a day ahead ! Love the atmosphere!
