This place is ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE my mom was moved here after being in the hospital for a few days. Before signing we were told that she would have all the help she needed and therapy would be given. Upon arrival we had to wait in the lobby for almost 1hr and a half due to them not having a room or a bed for her to be checked into. On top of that they proceeded to tell her that she is not gonna receive any help from the staff after being told they would provide the help they also said there wasn’t gonna be no therapy. So therefore I leave this review for EVERYONE to know this place is a complete JOKE and I would NOT recommend at all. Took home the same day she was checked in!!!

My mom got moved here from the hopsital and it's the worst place ever she's in pain 24/7 and the nurse refuses to give her her pain meds even though the dr says she can have it im getting her moves asap

Parks is horrible. My parents live in the property in independent living. When we first signed the paperwork for them to live there they promised to help my parents if they fell down and provided alarm buttons for them to push. They have totally neglected my parents. They NEVER come to help when my parents need them. Do not stay here, look elsewhere!!!

Worst place ever. Nurse don't communicate with me. Do not put your loved one in the place. Ever!!!! Bonus was that my mom got covid from here. WORST PLACE EVER!
