We moved in here about a month ago. Don’t hear much of anything except for natural noises. Occasionally a radio,the train but it seems to be very peaceful here. Could be cleaned a bit better but it’s not that bad and Tammy the lady that runs this place is a hoot and a holler!

I know Odessa has always had lots of trash everywhere (that sucks btw), but I feel like it shouldn't be as messy as it is here. It's an alright area to live though.

6 months later and I'm still waiting for my pro-rated refund. I've called multiple times over the past few months but haven't received anything yet. Update: after calling a few more time, they finally mailed me my refunded.

There are holes and potholes in the drive ways, and around to the parking lots. Nobody take care of that.

Calm and safe place
