Read MoreLove this park! Quiet and well maintained. Friendly office staff and management! Sites are fairly level. Wifi has been much better over the last 6 months or so. I have lived here for 4 years, and no complaints. During Snowvid, we never lost power or water!
I been here for almost a year and love it here, is quiet, clean, management is always up to help and correct any situation, great location close to everything A+
Entrance to the park u could break the axle on your truck much less your travel trailer. Place use to be pretty nice but no one maintains the roads anymore. Supposedly under new management but doesn't look like they care about anything except getting your rent by the first of the month. Been here going on 2 years and think it's anytime to find a new parking space. Oh and don't believe the wifi it hasn't worked in over a year and when it did wasn't worth trying to use.
Stayed here for a year now. I love it here. I'm usually working or busy elsewhere so many times I forget to pay rent and thankfully I will always recieve a call as a reminder before any late fees accrue. Thank goodness. They have paved driveways and speed bumps to keep the kiddos safe. I've never had an issue here. If I was smarter I'd give a bad review in hopes to keep the demand here low, but oh well. I'd rather be truthful.
Use to be better. Internet is terrible now, usually won't even work. No real options for your own besides your phone. They're still charging 625 when most others have dropped to 4-500. But I guess they think the store next door is worth more even though it's their store and they make money off park residents regardless. But you can't really explain logic to corporate simpletons. The nice folks who run the park seem to be kept in the dark by the main office. They don't know where the internet transmitters are or even that Grande is the service provider. Cable connections on posts but apparently only work for direct tv. Only getting 3 stars because of the park manager and the maintenance guy who never stops. Otherwise 1 star for terrible internet and corporate owned. I'm moving to a near by paved park that has live cable lines to each spot and is 150 cheaper for 50 amp.
