I usually like coming into their clinic but didn’t have a good experience . We first saw doctor Torres that thought my daughter had an allergic reaction . We started her on zyrtec and a week later still had swollen eye lids feet and legs. So we try Dr. Garcia. I convinced him to get blood work because of my health history. They did blood work and didn’t call back with results in a week. My daughter saw physical therapist and said that she had pitting edema. So she call Salcido's office to tell them . They told her they would call me back with results. I called the office and they didn’t call. It was a Friday so i called Saturday. The told me her electrolyte's were low and needs to eat more. I went to a heart doctor and told me it was a kidney problem . I need a referral and didn’t help out. I had to go to her pediatrician so basically i went to them for nothing.

This place is a joke. We only saw nurses, didn’t even get to see the doctor himself. And we had to fill out paperwork in our vehicle and then had to be seen outside in our vehicle on the curb. Big huge office and you have to be seen outside? Build another waiting area if you want to separate people. I’m not paying to be seen outside and by a nurse not a doctor. Ridiculous. And then to top it off, they prescribed antibiotics on a Friday morning and they never got called in to my pharmacy. I called Dr twice Friday and called pharmacy twice and it’s already Monday and still nothing!!!

Horrible experience. I see Aracely Romero and so far so good, I scheduled my husband for 8 o’clock with Cynthia Felizardo and when 8:45 comes and I ask when will we be seen they tell us the provider was just walking in. I talked to the office manager who’s answer was “ not because your scheduled at certain time means the doctor is gonna be here or you’ll be seen on time” What do you mean 😂😂😂 she tried making it sound like if I was an idiot for even asking. I do like the care I’ve received from Aracely but we will not be coming back here again. That office manager is a joke

Dr. Salcido and his staff just don't care. I would actually give no stars but unfortunately that isn't an option. Staff in front are super rude when calling. Dr. Salcido doesn't even let patients ask questions, he just walks in and is out of the room in less than 5 minutes. On the other hand P.A Garcia and Romero are great.

Not a fan of NP Romero, she’s very dismissive and after voicing my concerns she asked me, not once, but twice “so what is it you’re wanting from me” - not the attitude I’m used to working in healthcare. Update: I finally got the diagnosis I was looking to get from NP Romero - FROM SOMEONE ELSE AT ANOTHER CLINIC. When I voiced my concerns, symptoms and suspicions to NP Romero at Dr. Salcido’s clinic, her exact words were “well you’re not getting that diagnosis from me but you can see a cardiovascular specialist for that” I am nurse and I knew my concern was for a PCP to diagnose and did not require a specialist so she lost all credibility in that moment. Trust your gut and your symptoms - just don’t get seen by her. ☺️
