My husband and I have traveled the country, and this is by far one of the best we have stayed at. We came to Odessa last minute for a death in the family, and were originally staying at another RV Park. However, we moved after a few days to this park, and we couldn't have been happier. The pool, the gym, the laundry room, the pond are all such wonderful amenities that are such a rare treat, especially in this part of the country. Not to mention, the staff that works and maintains the park are all really wonderful, and care about the facilities, and want to keep it clean and nice. Huge thank you to Rhonda and the rest of the staff for making our accommodations workout while we were there - they really went above and beyond to make us comfortable while there. We will for sure be coming back here, and highly recommend it to anyone needing an oasis in the Permian Basin area!

This park is awesome! Office personnel are so friendly and kind. They answer any and all concerns and questions. Clean facilities. Always having community activities. Best RV park I have ever stayed in. 5 stars for sure!!

Came upon this gem when my husband was sent to Odessa Tx. for work! I must tell you it is by far the best RV parking spot we’ve ever been too! So many amenities which is a huge plus for us! There is a pool, park and fishing pond our kids enjoyed. Wash rooms, laundry room and a gym plus a basketball court! Can’t forget about the hosted parties! Just had a halloween bash the kids extremely enjoyed! Best of all having the feeling of being safe at all times even while my husband was at work! 10/10 if you ask me! Highly recommend you stay here, you won’t regret it!

Mesquite Oasis is hands down the best RV Park in the Permian Basin! We lived there for 9 months and they were so amazing. They have all the amenities that you need and Rhonda and the staff are so caring and helpful. Our experience was so amazing they truly care and help you anytime you need. I would give 10 stars if I could! Our experience was absolutely amazing and they are the the best RV park in the Permian Basin! We are so appreciative of the care they gave to us while we were there! If you stay there you won’t be disappointed! We thank them for being so amazing and caring during the time we were there. 🤍🤍🤍

I personally loved this rv park! The park was spacious, clean, the workers are super friendly! Out of all the rv parks between Odessa and Midland in my opinion this one was the best! Literally has everything you need, clean laundry area, pool, wifi, playground area for the kids and more! Highly recommend
