Lady’s extremely nice gave us good suggestions on where to eat and shop. Very peaceful place

It was a nice park, but it was on demand. It also needed a little bit of cleaning up. There was a lot of debris from the sand storms that was never picked up. And it was hard to get your mail to come to the RV park area. The overall the park was nice, but I think it could be better by having someone there at all times to make sure things are clean things are fixed properly.

This is a man’s work camp. Gives off a rapey vibe and I’m a dude! Not much to review but they have room and connections…. I wouldn’t leave my car unlocked and I’d never leave without a pad lock on my doors…. It is what it is.

Pines RV Park is a brand new, clean and safe RV park. They have full hookups w/50 amp service, back-in spots for regular sized RV's, pull-through spots for large RV's and a club house with laundromat, restrooms, showers, coffee and satellite TV. The park has a security system in place which is important to me as I am oilfield so when I am not there I have peace of mind that my property is safe. The management does have rules in place which were thoroughly explained well before I came to the park, these rules are to ensure that the park stays clean and secure for all tenants. Pines is a perfect RV park for anyone moving to the Midland/Odessa area for work who is looking for a clean, safe and reasonably priced place to live.

If you like trashy this is the place to go. We stayed here for maybe 2 months. The weeds were over grown everywhere and we actually had a rattlesnake sneak up on us because of this. Only 1 washer worked the whole time we stayed here as well. No management on site, overall a very poor experience. Will not be staying here again.
