“If you Must stay longer term in the Odessa area, this is the Place!” My wife is doing travel nursing currently, so we decided West Texas would be an acceptable location to be for thirteen weeks during the winter. There are many "so-called" RV parks in the Odessa/Midland area to support the Oil Industry. Most are no more than a spot to squeeze your trailer in and hookup. Park Place RV offers quite a bit more. I called and reserved a space eight weeks in advance. The week before we were to arrive, I received a follow up call from them to ensure we were still going to make it. We confirmed and were texted our space details, their hours of operation and the gate entry code. The park is gated with code operated sliding fencing, has two entrances/exits right onto the I-20 EB service drive. The spaces have full hookups, 15A, 30A and 50A. The pedestal, water and waste connections are near the back of the space, but we didn't have any issue hooking up. There was plenty of room for our 45' fifth wheel toy hauler, F-450 tow rig and Jeep Wrangler JLU. While still having space to drop the rear door and use it as a deck. The facilities have to be the best available in the area. The office building houses a comfy sitting area at check-in, a well appointed workout room, coin operated laundry facilities, Men's and Women's showers and common area with to use equipped with TV's, bar area, seating, and games. There is an outdoor covered space with TV's and seating and tables. Additionally, there is an in-ground pool area with seating and tables and loungers, half court basketball, kids playground, enclosed dog playground and a large open area for soccer, football, etc... On the end of each row in the park there is a dog station with bags and a drop box. Our long term space was right across from the office building and all the amenities. On the other side of the office building they have specific, pull through sites, for the short term guests.

I have lived at Park Place RV for a little over 3 years. Wendy Lynn and her team, Francis and Ernest, kept the grounds well maintained, Always. All 3 were Super pleasant to deal with and very helpful in every way possible. If you're looking for an RV park to call Home, or just a beautiful spot to relax in for a few days while passing through Odessa, TX, look no further than Park Place RV! I was sad to leave this amazing place, but the next chapter in my life has made me a homeowner here in Odessa. However, I am now selling my RV to a very Dear friend and moving him right back in to Park Place RV!! That's how much I highly recommend this park. . . Happy Camping Y'all!!!

Better than any other park in West Texas! Nice and peaceful. I’ve been here 9 months and Park Place RV is Clean and comfortable. My stay was exceptional And I’ve stayed in a lot of parks throughout the USA. Manager and staff are Excellent. And free Popcorn and bottled water in lobby is a nice extra! It’s obvious that Park Place RV has it goin on !!! Thank you and I will definitely be back.

My family and I stayed at Park Place for a few months in the spring and it was lovely…at first. After a couple months, our Amazon packages that were delivered to the office were being tampered with. The “help” that they have working in the office, handling money and people’s packages is NOT an employee and should not be in charge of things like that. Be warned if you’re looking at staying here long term. We’ll never be back.

The staff and people at this resort are phenomenal! Sadly, our cat escaped when we arrived and the staff was so helpful as were the residents in the park. We had to leave without the cat, but will return to try looking some more in a week. Thanks to the wonderful staff and residents who went above and beyond.
