Great rate for the area, Alex (the owner) is very friendly and easy to work with. Definitely recommend. Lived here for over a year and never had any issues. Quick access to town and highway. Large spots and easy to park. He's got 30 amp and 50 amp service.

I like ro recommend this RV park . Alex (the owner)is a great guy that is there when you have an issue which for me is almost never. Very comfortable and a great price. I really feel at home away from home.

It's a friendly nice place to live at it's peaceful and quiet and the owners here are very friendly and respective and whenever you need things to be fixed there are on top of it making sure that they do there job and keep there renters happy.

Brand New RV park located in a pleasant quiet area just 3 miles North of interstate 20 exit 108. Alex is an awesome guy to deal with. I hope my job keeps me here a long while.
