Technically 3 duck ponds all in the same little park on campus. They have a covered pavilion with 5 tables, trash cans, a bathroom, a drink vending machine (that only accepts cash), and a 30 space parking lot right next to the bathroom--but that parking lot is only for students and teachers, everyone else has to park outside the gate in a little 7 parking space nook off the road and walk 300ft. The ponds looked rather nice and clean, but it has the least amount of birds of the 3 main duck ponds in Odessa.
