I was a former tenant here at Far West RV Park, I stayed for about 8 months while I had work here in west Odessa. Overall my experience was great, to include always being able to get in contact with the leasing manager. He always answered and if he didn’t then he would call me back shortly after. What is also a really nice accommodation is this park has all utility’s included (power,water,sewer, and trash) with the option of internet if I remember correctly. Each RV slot is about your average in size, if the park was full then it would be sardining. In terms of location convenience, it’s right off University Blvd so there plenty of stores and shops all down university. I would like to say it’s in a decent community but sadly it’s not true, there’s thieves anywhere you go so always stage your belonging safely around your RV. Also right before I left I saw they had installed numerous cameras to provide a more peace of mind and also to prevent thieves. Issues I had during my stay: 1) the park is not gated and so that allows any onlookers the opportunity to steal your belongings. (The leasing manager did say that they have plans for the future so that’s confirmed) 2) the park has no lighting during the night to allow things to be visible or it can be used as a deterrent for thieves. (This was also included for future plans but until then, the park is very dark during the night)
