These are the most amazing people and I never had an issue getting a problem resolved. I was new to town trying to make my way and also new to rv ownership. Not only did they help me when I needed it most through my first hard winter they would go out of their way to make sure we were ok! They often checked on their residents no matter how long or short they were there. If you want family friendly down home people this is where you find it! I was there just over a year! Their prices are fair as well! They'll not gouge you out here in the oilfield where others will. Karen and Robbie are amazing 👏!

We absolutely love this place Karen and her husband are the nicest people you'll ever meet, they're very helpful with any situation that comes up and very understanding when something comes up. I recommend this RV park to everybody!!!!

Very peaceful and friendly place. Everybody I have met here has been nice folk and most of all the people that live or have lived in the park speak very highly of it. If there were 5 more stars they would get a full 10 from me.

Great RV park! Super quiet and affordable. Karen is great and has let me park my RV there even after I moved out. Would definitely stay here again!
