We had four days notice that we would be in Midland for a month for my husband’s job so I was frantically trying to find a campground to check in on a Saturday evening. When I called they were full but she said they would have a spot on Monday and could park the camper there until our spot opened up. Super accommodating! She called back on Friday and said they had a spot open up early so we were all set! It was one of few campgrounds in the area that had grass and a pool and the only one with trees at every sight…small trees that didn’t give much shade but still nice to look at! The grounds are well kept, the pool was clean, and considering it’s a campground full of oil field and pipeliners, and in an industrial area, it was shockingly quiet! We were three rows in from the main road and didn’t hear a sound. The laundry room was dated but clean. The playground and jump pad were well maintained. The picnic table at our sight was splintered and literally falling in. You could only sit on one end of it with pieces of wood breaking off. That definitely needs to be replaced. We had a pretty nasty storm -tornado within 2 miles- while we were there so there were trees down and a mess and the staff jumped on it immediately. The store was stocked with necessities, food, snacks, etc. You could check out umbrellas for the pool and they always had quarters available for the laundry machines. The front desk staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. **My only issue is one, that after the fact I saw other reviewers mention…and why I left 3 stars instead of five; we were told the monthly rate was a flat fee and included utilities. When we checked out, we were charged for electricity. When we mentioned this to the person checking us out, she just said well, electric isn’t included and she doesn’t know why anyone would say any different. Typically, at check in at campgrounds where electricity is not included, a picture is taken of the meter and noted on the paperwork. This didn’t happen. So no way to know if we were accurately charged or not. The lack of transparency at check in and dismissal of the issue at checkout was not appreciated but other than that campground was a pleasant stay.

This part is 95% long-term residents, but that is very typical in this oil patch town. Anyone complaining about that doesn't known the Midland/Odessa area very well. A bit crowded, but surprisingly no one parking in the narrow streets. Our pull-through site was gravel and dirt, and plenty long. People were nice enough, but kept to themselves just as in a neighborhood, going to work and coming home. Clearly it used to be a KOA. Bathrooms clean and spacious. Showers good. Pool and playground. There was a laundry but I didn't check it out. Was able to get OTA TV channels. Did not try wifi as we have Starlink, which worked fine. Fenced dog park was 60x60, and many people had dogs. There was a small store inside the office (much like a KOA). We were in town to see family, so we didn't need anything fancy. Nothing at all in the area, but just a short hop from either I-20 or Business 20 to go into either Odessa or Midland. There is a Good Sam discount, I think, but we aren't members.

Best Rv park! I was living here about a year and I can honestly say it’s one of the best family, safest park I ever been too. The staff and manger are amazing they are always making sure we were all taken care of. This Rv park sure made us feel like home especially the people who travel due to work and can’t go back home during holidays they sure made us feel special by doing a little something for all of us. Thank you to the manager and staff for everything.I hope to one day be back!

The people who run this place were great. We only intended to stay 1 night but due to health complications with our dog we stayed 2. There's a dog park that is mostly clean, but just like life not everyone cleans up their s*it. The have a playground and jumping mat for the kiddos. Not much space for campers & vehicle but we made it work.

Stayed at Midland/ Odessa RV Park for about 5 months total and everything was awesome. It was a great experience. The staff was very welcoming and with them made new friends! If I am ever working again in the Midland Odessa area that will be my go to!!! Thank you all. David
