We recently visited family in the area and usually ended up staying at the Ramada, but we decided to try this hotel instead. We arrived late after driving from Flagstaff, Arizona, and booked two nights online without seeing the hotel beforehand. Fortunately, they were able to accommodate our request for a first-floor room since we were traveling with three adults, one baby, and a significant amount of luggage. Unfortunately, the elevator was out of order, and we were unable to use the stairs. Upon check-in, the staff kindly provided us with a glass of milk for our grandson's bottle, saving us the trouble of searching for a store. The room and bathroom appeared to be clean. However, we only had two towels and had to request two more, which they promptly provided. While the indoor pool was a nice amenity, it was quite cold, and the hot tub was not functioning. Additionally, towels were not available in the pool area, and our request for some was denied. We assure you that we had no intention of stealing their small, yellowish-looking towels. The breakfast was satisfactory, although the eggs were not fresh and came from a carton. However, I enjoyed the biscuit and gravy, as well as the apple juice.

We arrived late and they accommodated us with 2 rooms. The elevator was out and being elderly it was difficult to make it up the stairs. The room was clean. I could not use the shower because the shower curtain was so short it hung over the tub and onto the floor. Also the tub was so slick I could not stand with out sliding across the tub. I chose not to break a hip or something else by trying it any further. Then when I went to bed the outside traffic noise was significant. The rooms were almost double the advertised price because I didn't make a reservation before arriving. Disappointed in this stay

Only one smoking room available at the best price. Ended up having to book a suite on the third floor it still smelled overwhelmingly of cigarette smoke. The elevator didn't work, I was given one of the last of 3 nonsmoking rooms ON THE THIRD FLOOR. The desk clerk was stressed and not friendly. Didn't even offer to help with luggage.

I’m not sure if the good reviews are fake or we just picked a bad time to go, but the room was dirty, breakfast was just ok, and the pool area looked sketch. We only stayed here because I wanted my boys to swim and all hotels with outdoor pools were already closing for the season. We could have done without.

Found this location by accident. I booked a room and showed up after 7 pm to check in due to my work schedule. The only room available was on the third floor. The elevator is out of order. I have too, much work equipment to take three flights of stairs. The lovely Lady at the desk asked if I needed a room with two beds. I told her I booked two beds because that is all that was available on line. I'm alone so one bed would be fine. She had a king room on the first floor behind the office. She offered me the room and showed it to me. It was perfect, clean and cold. After a long day I appreciated her accommodating me. The pool was refreshing, breakfast is small but it's food, better than nothing. The hot tub is out of order as well. It didn't bother me due to the current heat. The pool is much better. I would return and recommend.
