Wonderful quite community with spacious lots and a great dog run. Very clean laundry facility with paved roads and great lighting throughout. The property manager and her father were super helpful in tracking my mail once I moved. They kept in touch with me for almost an entire year as we tried to find one piece of mail. These people were fantastic all around. This is the best Rv park in Odessa.

Excellent park that is very neat and clean. Large dog park and a nice laundry on site. Well maintained and clean and the owners are very nice to deal with. They only do longer term site rentals but were flexible in allowing us to stay a couple of nights when we had a mechanical issue with our Airstream. Would highly recommend this park for anyone needing to be in the Odessa area for an extended time.

This is the nicest RV park I’ve ever seen in the midland/Odessa area. Seriously, the landscaping and layout is aesthetically pleasing and certainly not what you’re accustomed to seeing and associating with an RV park in West Texas. The amenities and location are second to none and the owner is great to deal with. 5 stars
